A1.Sleepers :
They are people who are untrained in the art of Astral Projection. They are dreaming more or less unconsciously and are not aware that they are on the Astral plane. If you happen to meet them, you will mostly find them in a daze, wandering aimlessly. They float dreamily about tossed by the various astral currents, occasionally recognizing other people in a similar condition. They may not respond to your gestures. If you meet someone you know, and try to talk to him, he may or may not recognize you. In the morning, he might just remember having a dream about you.
These dreamers meet with experiences of all sorts, pleasant and unpleasant. They wake up the next day with either a wonderful dream, or a grotesque nightmare!
A2. Conscious Astral Traveler :
They are people who know that they are out of their bodies. They may be new to the Astral plane, or they may be quite advanced. If you meet any of the advanced beings, they will help you in your Spiritual path.
There is also a class of conscious Projectors who use their powers for purely selfish purposes instead of for the benefit of humanity. Black magicians, their pupils and some clandestine tribes fall under this category.
A3. Dead :
The word “Dead” is a misnomer. These people are not dead and are very much alive just like us. The only difference between them and us is that they don’t have a physical body to return to. Many of us have had dreams of deceased relatives. In such dreams, the dreamer and the deceased are both in the Astral plane and attracted by to each other by strong emotional ties.
During your Projections you may come across people who have completed their time on the Physical plane. They may have just “arrived” or they may be quite seasoned and are there help others.
If you meet any Human in the Astral Plane, you may want to determine if he is unconscious, conscious or dead, the best way is to approach him with some questions. You may ask him his name, phone number or address, or even the date. If his answers are all garbled, you have probably met a dreamer.
If the answers are quite logical, you have probably met a conscious Astral Projector. If you can remember the answers yourself, you may try contacting the person here on the Physical plane, and verify if this person actually exists.
To be sure you met a deceased person, get his name, the era in which he lived, his address and if possible, other details of his life. Then, again, presuming you can remember all this information upon waking, if you can verify this information, then you can be sure that you met a deceased person.
B. Non-Human :
In the Astral, there exist entities, which never were human, and never will be, for they belong to an entirely different order of nature.
B1. Fairies and Nature Spirits :
Some of the Nature Spirits inhabit streams, rocks, mountains, forests, etc. Folklore of all nations believes in them. Their occasional appearance to persons of psychic temperament, has given rise to the numerous tales and legends. This class of Astral entities avoids the presence of man and prefer the solitudes of nature.
There are some Nature spirits who like to help people, while there are others who find delight in playing elfish, childish pranks. These spirits are not hostile and are generally peace loving.
They are called by different names like fairies, pixies, elves, brownies, peris, djinns, trolls, satyrs, fauns, kobolds, imps, goblins, little folk, tiny people, gnomes, sylphs, undines, salamanders etc.
B2. Astral bodies of animals :
This is an extremely large class and you may bump into them during your projections. They do not occupy a particularly important position on the astral plane because they usually stay there for a short time.
B3. Angels :
It is very rare to find Angels on Lower and Middle Astral realms. You find them mainly on Higher realms. They are there to guide you and protect you. They help you in your progress.
B4. Demons and the likes :
They are entities of the lowest order and are found only in the lowest regions of the Lower Astral. In most cases, if you ever happen to be in the Lower astral, you will not be able to stay there for long because your rate of vibration would be much higher and you will be propelled to the Middle or Higher realms.
But if you do encounter any such unwanted entities, just remember that they do not have any power to hurt you. Just command them to go away and they will vanish. They get attracted to feeble souls and try to frighten them. If you are strong and know that no harm can come to you, you can continue with your projection without problems.
C. Artificial Entities or Elementals :
Artificial entities or elementals are Astral matter which can be formed into almost any form by the power of thought or emotion. These artificial entities are not born in naturally, but they are the creations of the minds of men.
People who manifest strong desire, accompanied by definite mental pictures of that which they desire, create the majority of these elementals, or thought-forms, unconsciously. But many have learned the art of consciously creating them, either for good or bad. Strong wishes for good, as well as strong curses for evil, manifest into the Astral.
But such thought forms are under the law of thought-attraction, and go only where they are attracted. So be careful of what your thoughts are during your projections!
If you meet any such elementals, you will find that they do not have volition of their own and may not respond to you. They may take ghastly form and try to scare you, but cannot harm you in any way. With a strong will, you can make them disappear.
The very thought of meeting other people on the Astral Plane might be creepy. We are always scared in the face of the unknown, but one thing is certain - as you get more proficient at Projecting, and accustom yourself to the OOBE realm, you will become less and less afraid of what you encounter there.
All experienced Projectors will vouch that no harm can come to you during your Projections. So you should keep an explorer’s attitude during your Out of Body travels and there would be no limits to what you can learn and where you can go.

Writing an article seems like a daunting task, and if you do it for the first time you might feel like standing in front of an unsurmountable sleek wall that does not provide footholds to climb up and over it to reach your goal. But it’s quite easy, if you approach article writing in a systematic, step by step way. The Six Step System For Article Writing
This is the most efficient and, in my experience, fastest way to write about any subject:
- define what your goal is for the article
- do research if necessary
- prepare an outline
- start writing any part of the article
- organize the article into headline, lead, body, conclusion
- proof read three times at least
Who Will Read The Article - What Is The Article About?
Before you start writing, you need to define what you want to communicate with your article, and what purpose the article will serve. Ask yourself these questions: Who is the reader you want to reach, what knowledge of the subject does this reader have allready? What exactly do you want the reader to know once he’s read your article?
Best use a list with keywords to jot down your ideas. Dont’ worry about organizing these keywords yet. Once you have a bunch of keywords, start putting them in a logical sequence, the way you want to organize your story. When you have decided how your article will appraoch the subject, prepare an outline how you want to pass on this knowledge and / or information. Then start giving your article a structure.
Structure means divide the article into the four sections: headline, lead or teaser, body and conclusion. Here is the secret to effective writing that will make writing your own articles fast and painless: You don’t have to write these in the order I just mentioned them! Because it can be really difficult to come up with a good headline or teaser, if you have not written the article itself. Also don’t necessarily write the article body in the sequence that it will have once it’s ready for publishing.
It is a lot easier to first start off with a few bullet points for the body of the article. Developing these bullet points into sentences and paragraphs often, all of a sudden, leads to a great headline, or you will think of the best reason why this article provides benefit to the reader. That way you let your thoughts flow freely and don’t get writers block.
The Headline
It’s allways good to start writing a first headline for your article. The headline may change as you write. But start off with the best headline that comes to mind now. Headlines should be catchy and induce curiosity in the readers mind. Best keep your headline short, seven words or less is good. Also make it strong and affirmative: “Write your Article in 10 minutes” is better than “How to Write an Article in a short time”.
The Lead or Teaser
To get the readers attention, it’s important to start off with a lead paragraph that very briefly describes what you are going to tell the reader and why. You must grab the readers attention and give him a very good reason why reading your article is worth his time.
A great way to write an article is to start the lead paragraph with a statement, then go through the explanations and information that you want to pass on and, in your conclusion, draw a line back to the initial statement you made. This neatly wraps up everything and in the mind of the reader ‘encapsulates’ the article.
A good lead is short and to the point. It doesn’t try to compact every fact you write about in the article body into two or three sentences. Just provide enough information to get the story moving, but leave the reader wanting to know more.
The Body
In the body you go into detail and cover the points that you have written down in your outline. Here you provide the hard facts, the information and the instructions. You answer the reader’s questions and you show different angles of the subject.
Organizing this information in a logical way is the most important thing. Think of the flow of the article and make sure you have a thread that leads smoothly from one point to the next. Make sure you don’t use jargon or spcific words that are only known in an industry or trade and not used by the public. If you need to use these words, explain the meaning. Put the reader at ease.
Explain your points in short paragraphs. Short paragraphs are easier for the reader to follow. No one likes to look at a long block of solid text. Three, four or five sentences are enough for one paragraph.
If you are writing to create interest for your business, spill all the beans! Tell your trade secrets! This may sound a bit wild, but the more you tell, the more demand will be created for your goods and services.
Provide personal examples of the points you make, or create a ficticious case and show how in practice such a solution would work well. Illustrating your explanations with an example makes understanding what you say a lot easier for the reader and your text gains credibility.
The Conclusion
Remember your favourite teacher at school, the one that at the end of class would quickly summarize what was covered in the last 45 minutes? That’s what you are going to do now to finish off your article and make it a finished and polished piece. Reread your lead, where you started the circular loop that you now want to bring together by writing the conclusion.
For this article the conclusion could read like this: “Writing the wrong way round and mixing body, title, tease and conclusion whilst writing does lead to faster writing and better results, because you let your thoughts flow free and avoid writers block. When you’ll be writing your next article, footholds will magically appear on that wall that earlier used to block your writing. Go and try it!”
It’s allmost allways possible to draw the circle closed, and if it does not seem to be doable with the teaser that you have, read the entire article once more and maybe change the teaser to be able to draw that circle.
Proofreading
The best way to destroy credibility is poor grammar and spelling. Your content may be brilliant, but if there are mistakes, people will tend to dismiss what you have to say. So use the tools that are available to spell check and have a friend, or better, a few friends proofread your article before you submit it or publish it yourself. Best leave the article for a day or two and then reread it yourself. Often you’ll come up with even better formulations and the article will gain in quality. Don’t overdo this, thouhg. Once is enough for your own rereading, then go out and publish. You’ve done a great job and spent time and effort to write, now others want to read what you have to say!

Prostate exams are a simple and straightforward procedure and can be conducted in a doctors office without any need for medical equipment or urine or blood testing. Since every year an average of two hundred fifty thousand men are diagnosed with prostate cancer, it is very important that all men receive regular prostate exams. The necessity of receiving prostate exams also increases as one ages.
This first form of prostate cancer treatment is called Active Surveillance. It is the medical term for watching a patients cancer, but not taking action until the condition worsens or expands. Active Surveillance is used when a patient may not be able to undergo treatment because of complications from other conditions, or is otherwise unable to receive cancer treatment.
The most direct route form of prostate cancer treatment is to remove the entire prostate, a procedure known as a prostatectomy. An incision is made behind the pubic bone and a portion of the prostate or the entire gland itself is removed. The urethra is then connected directly to the bladder, but a catheter is often necessary in order to allow the patients body time to adapt to the new setup of its urinary system.
Another form of prostate cancer treatment is radiation therapy, which can treat prostate cancer from the outside. An MRI or CAT scan is used to plot the exact location of the tumor or affected cells, and intense bursts of x-rays are used to destroy these cells. Intensity modulated radiation therapy, or IMRT, is a form of radiation that can be used to full effect on the majority of the cancer cells, but can be toned back to lessen the danger to cells in proximity to the bladder or rectum.
Brachytherapy is another form of radiation therapy, albeit one that involves actually inserting objects into the body. Radioactive pellets or seeds are injected into the prostate, and the radiation that they emit kills the cancer-infected cells. After a period of time, the radioactivity of these seeds fades, and the leftover pellets are completely harmless.
Another prostate cancer treatment is called hormone therapy, and involves restricting the amount of testosterone that the body produces or that is directed to help the prostate gland grow. The most extreme version of this procedure is called orchiectomy, and involves actually removing the testicles. Since they produce ninety-percent of the bodys testosterone, this method is very effective, but considering that the testicles must be removed, most men opt for another procedure. There are also drugs that halt production of testosterone derivatives, but these are not as effective as an orchiectomy, and some may have to be administered in frequent injections.
As with other forms of cancer, chemotherapy is also an option. However, up until fairly recently, chemotherapy was considered only as an option for men who have stopped responding to other prostate cancer treatments. New studies are being conducted using chemotherapy drugs. These drugs have been approved by the Food and Drug Administration. This new form of chemotherapy is used specifically to fight prostate cancer.
Being diagnosed with prostate cancer is by no means a small matter, but with modern prostate cancer treatments, there are many different options, and ones chances for survival are extremely high.
